Oil prices have nearly bottomed out and “some recovery”...

Note the ad in the second article for investing in oil and gas wells. Couldn't find the article from today claiming 'oil has bottomed out.' I predict many more rubes will be fleeced.

Oh by the way, Citigroup claimed oil had bottomed out for sure, definitely, at $65 bbl.
