If Hillary Clinton runs for President, Elizabeth Warren will....

I'm interested in how confident the Warren supporters are, about what she WILL do (not what they'd like her to do). Personally, I fully expect Warren to endorse Clinton on the early side of the Primary fight. She signed a letter encouraging Clinton to run, and despite the feels of people here, I suspect she sees Clinton for whom she is: a popular former US Senator from a Blue State, and a respected former Secretary of State for a popular President.

And so far, I'm not seeing the people who need it to happen doing much to try to make it happen.

I see a lot of bluster on DU and other blogs. I don't see any signs of a groundswell of support (financial or membership) at READY FOR WARREN. Nor do I see any effort to organize direct lobbying of Warren.

She could endorse Sanders if he runs. She will endorse the nominee in the end.

She has clout and will use it. She has proven to be a savvy politician.

is that if Mrs. Clinton does not exceed or match expectations in the first couple of primaries, she may drop out, due to donations falling off. And if a more progressive candidate comes out of nowhere and runs in her place, Warren may drop out because she loves MA and the Senate.

Life is strange. Just when supporters were 100 & l/2% sure of a victory, this thin black guy with golden oratory and a captivating smile all of a sudden is President. Who knew? Life is stranger than fiction.

That's why the old saying about counting your chickens before they're hatched is still as timely as it ever was.
