People come to us all the time, about Romney this and that. We even have some credible - but not fully substantiated - information that Romney has "another" gal issue with a kid. Now comes a story to us that we also find credible and just received a Smoking Gun proof about Scott Romney nixing the Saulte St. Marie Indians sale of a Greek Town Casino in April 2008 for $800 million. Then - Greek Town (purported) affiliated parties filed bankruptcy.

We don't understand everything that is going on as there are a full decade plus of documents and corporate schenanigans to weed through. While we are coming up to speed, as the pic above (from DU party "retrieverman&quot poses the questions that begs, is it "RMoney" or their money.

Apparently, Scott Romney and his law firm are special counsel of a May 2008 bankruptcy and specifically had the case switched from bankruptcy Judge Rhodes (who did a fantastic job on the Detroit bankruptcy case) - to Scott Romney's desired Judge Walter Shapiro. While we are looking into that strange phenomenon, it appears that bad faith parties, with Scott Romney's assistance, are laying claim to Saulte St. Marie Tribe Trust Funds.

Unlike his brother Mitt (in pic) taking my money, Scott Romney is part of a theme harming Indian Trust funds monies from current and future generations. Thus far, there's $145 million in cash that is being documented to me and the HUGE allegation that Scott Romney nixed an $800 million dollar sale of the Greek Town Casino in Detroit - in April 2008. THEN - Greek Town Holdings purportedly filed bankruptcy to nix the sale, in May 2008 (case 08-53104).

And that ain't right!

How the frg do you NIX an $800 million dollar sale and then file bankruptcy a month later? We have no idea how far down the rabbit hole the schemes go; but we did receive a Smoking Gun proof of Scott Romney nixing the $800 million dollar deal.

Here's some of the banter upon Scott Romney's letter that was SO influential, witnesses say that the Tribe's counsel got up and walked out of the room. When the finance parties who were offering the $800 million asked WTF... scuffles ensued and several parties were put into handcuffs. Scott Romney successfully was part of NIXING nearly a billion dollars going to the Saulte St. Marie Indians!

One witness has come forward and others are joining. According to the source, she is filing her separate case against the parties, in the next few weeks. It would appear that the Department of Interior has rules, regulations, covenants and other such protocol to make sure stuff like this doesn't happen.

Scott Romney's law firm represented other parties who may have conflicting interests concerning the 2008 bankruptcy cases. There are even allegations that bankruptcy assets were sold for $1 (including a possible sale to Cleveland Cavaliers owner).

Much more investigation work to be done - including (hopefully) by the feds!

The Board next considered the Executive Director’s Report and the Licensing Division’s staff recommendation regarding the eligibility and suitability of Barden Nevada Gaming, L.L.C., as a required key person/qualifier of casino licensee Greektown Casino, L.L.C.

Chairman Kassab invited Mr. McMakin to give a brief overview of the application.

After Mr. McMakin’s overview, Chairman Kassab noted for the record the presence of Mr. Don Barden and Mr. Len Wolfe, representing Barden Nevada Gaming, L.L.C. and Mr. Scott Romney, representing the Kewadin Casinos and Monroe Partners.

After questions from Board members were answered, it was moved by Ms. Rom and seconded by Judge Friedman that the Board enter an order finding and concluding that Barden Nevada Gaming, L.L.C., Barden Development, Inc., and Don H. Barden are eligible and suitable as required qualifiers of casino licensee Greektown Casino, L.L.C., under the licensing standards and requirements of the Act and Rules of the Board. A roll call vote was taken.

We will post more information as it comes. If Scott Romney and/or his law firm represented one side and then another in the bankruptcy, there's major federal law violation questions then that beg. Including - IF - Scott Romney informed the bankruptcy court of his various clients. Failing to disclose conflicts of interests in a bankruptcy case are HUGE issues. Especially after NIXING an $800 million dollar settlement. Hence, the cui bono and other bigs question remains, and MUST be answered. If your money and next generation of off springs monies vanished, you would be BEGGING....

2001 Management Services Agreement between the Greek Partners (Owners of Greektown Casino) and the "selected" Sault Tribe Board of Director's were paid $110,000 a MONTH, HIRED by the Greeks as INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR'S because they possessed certain experiences and expertise in the management of casino operations.


I (Diana Adams) had it confused wondering why the tribe would pay the Greek Partners $110,000 a MONTH to manage the casino but it was the other way around. I can't imagine what the limited selected few have done with so much money. I just hope it was worth every penny to embezzle the Native American's trust funds so Greek's from another country could have an American Dream building a Detroit casino Empire using the land claims trust funds belonging to the Michigan Indians.

Apparently - the U.S. Government did a settlement with Indians nationwide and they are keeping the funds (paying for land - but making sure no one rips off the whole monies at once); but releasing the interest in increments.

It seems that Romney nixed the sale and helped other wealthy Michigan families rip off the Indian Trust Funds (before any Soutle St. Marie started receiving payments. Much harder to take away something, once people are used to getting it; but easier to do so - if they DON"T know what they are missing).

Aaron Payment is an Elected Chairman within the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians. He took part in defrauding 43,000 Native American Ottawa and Chippewa Indians of Michigan (the Members of the Tribe) involving Greektown Casino in Detroit. 1 of the 3 Detroit Casinos was created to defraud the Tribe And Its Members from over $600 million dollars of their trust funds and tribal assets. A few top elected Officer's within the Sault Tribe were paid $110,000 a month under a 10-yr contract that began in Jan of 2001.

Bernard Bouschor was former Chairman of the Sault Tribe for 17-yrs prior to loosing the elected position in June of 2004. Since he had no authority, control or access to the Tribe Members internal funds accounts and tribal assets, in Nov of 2005 he transferred nearly $600 million in funding as well as all lands the casino sits on were fraudulently transferred including the complete casino complex. Loans such as from Deutches Bank for $180 million was fraudulently transferred Dec 2, 2005 to two (2) newly formed Holdings companies today known as; Greektown Holdings I and II.

MI Gaming Control Board violated their Authority approving the former Tribe Chairman to transfer all tribal assets as well as restructuring the $180 million loan so these newly formed entities could gain control of 1 of the 3 Detroit Casinos extorting millions from the MI Indians. The MI Gaming Control Board never investigated Bernard Bouschor to know he was no longer an elected Office of any tribe and still allowed him to fraudulently transfer over $600 million in funds & all assets.

Aaron Payment was Vice-Chair of the Tribe during the time the Chairman was defrauding the Tribe & Its 43,000 Members. Payment won the elected position as Chairman in 2004. By 2007 Greektown Casino entities began to default on their financing debt structuring considering Bouschor did not have access to the tribe's internal accounts. By this time, we the Members were working diligently to piece together the corruption forcing Scott Romney to file protection of Bankruptcy May 29, 2008 to conceal the fraudulent transfers and on-going crimes created back in 1997 to current day.

I have filed Motions in the Detroit Federal Court working to expose the 18-yr of crimes including current crimes which are on-going. Today, we can prove evidence of a grand Ponzi Scheme created many years ago involving the Romney's and certain Individuals from a federally recognized tribe including Ted Gatzaros and Demitrios Paps, two (2) Detroit Investors whom could not get approved for a gaming license in 2000. The City of Detroit Development still entered into Development Agreements with Ted Gatzaros & Dimitrios Papas in 1998 and by 2002, Ted Gatzaros & Papas illegally amended the City of Detroit Development Agreement. By 2006, the State of MI Gaming Control Brd held hearings on the illegal amendments to the City of Detroit Development Agreement between Greektown Casino; approving the criminals their own gaming license and restructured the debt transactions to build their permanent Detroit Casino Complex. By 2007, the newly formed Greektown Holdings I and II defaulted on all covenants put in place in 2005 after they fraudulently transferred all casino financing and assets....By April of 2008, the State of MI Gaming was preparing to force a sale of Greektown Casino. I attempted to introduce to the Tribe Board of Directors Investors whom were interested in submitting a proposal to purchase Greektown Casino for $800 million. Scott Romney, Mitt Romney's brother has a law firm here in MI and has been very instrumental in the crimes committed. April 8, 2008 Scott Romney nixed the sale of the casino by removing 4 of our Elected Officers of our Tribe from knowing anything about Greektown Casino threatening the federally recognized tribe if they make any attempts to sell the casino or pierce their "Corporate Veil" Romney will sue them....

Evidence proves the criminals began moving all assets "again" in 2006, 2007 and 2008 then filed a surgical bankruptcy working diligently to conceal the 18-yrs of crime. Now, today, the Attorney's for Greektown Casino which Dan Gilbert of Rock Gaming purchased controlling ownership of Greektown Casino in Jan of 2013 within 3 days of Ted Gatzaros passing by paying the $185 million loan structure that was fraudulently transferred Dec 2, 2005.

Dan Gilbert of Rock Gaming was Mitt Romney's Chairman of the Campaign he started in 2012 when he planned on running in the 2016 U.S Election. How ironic Gilbert gets an inside trade purchasing Greektown Casino for $185 million when in fact other Detroit Investors would have paid $800 million in 2008. Today, the criminals are using the U.S Federal Bankruptcy Court (Detroit) to conceal their fraudulent activities working diligently to prevent us the Tribe Members from exposing their crimes before the Detroit Federal Court.

The Attorney's for the "New Reorganized" Greektown Casino are the same whom filed the fraudulent bankruptcies in 2008 and the Bankruptcy Trustee's Buchwald Capital is currently trying to extort $ 2 million $750,000 from our Tribe claiming the Trustee's will bury the Adversary cases they are Defendants in for fraudulently transferring the $180 million Dec 2, 2005. April 20, 2015 court hearing, these entities claimed under oath they have never represented a tribe and the Sault Tribe isn't even involved in the casino Bankruptcies because they never answered to the bankruptcy when in fact they had exclusive authority to file a plan to reorganize the casino debts...Well Romney's made sure NO TRIBE Answered! See the Memo posted on this site from Scott Romney. He clearly states whom will reorganize the Detroit Casino......Certainly not a tribe or its Members even though they lost nearly a billion dollars over the crimes committed against us.

Today, the Attorney's and U.S Trustee's are working diligently to prevent us Tribe Members from filing in the Detroit Federal Court. They fraudulently included a clause in the approved plan in 2009 that ANYONE who tries to file a claim against the 8 Corporations that were consolidated in the casino bankruptcy are required to get the approval from the U.S Trustee's, the Attorney's of Greektown Casino and the Federal Court Judge. Now why would these criminals approve me to file evidence of a Grand Ponzi scheme they are all involved in?

Well, the good news is, the U.S Trustee Criminal Enforcement Dept (Washington) has been contacted as well as the U.S SEC. 18-yrs of evidence was mailed to them recently. As far as I am concerned, the crimes committed surrounding the Detroit Casino and bankruptcy also relates to the causes that caused the City of Detroit to plunger into bankruptcy in 2013. Guess who created the bogus swap agreements that caused the City to default? Yep you got it Romney is all over that too creating the swap agreements in 2004-2005. Detroit's two (2) Pensions Systems were raped of billions of dollars and Retiree's lost part of their pensions in the City of Detroit's bankruptcy. Kevin Orr obviously didn't give a hoot about the corruption caused in Detroit, it was all about a name for himself and the money.

Kevin Orr failed as far as I am concerned and lay's in the same bed as the Romney's and all the criminals involved in this grand Ponzi Scheme.
