(25,348 posts)2. Fairly hard choice but I went with Min. wage...although Unions would probably accomplish same.

I think $12.50 an hour is the acceptable minimum.
Time and a half over 8 hours per day.
Time and a half over 40 a week.
Double time for work on federal holidays, hours over 12 a day, and 60 a week.
Paid maternity/paternity leave.
10 paid sick days a year.
