Otherwise, don't care.

(29,322 posts)The videotape was Belichick's thing. Interesting the offensive coordinator got caught doing the same thing in Denver though I think that was a more of an indifference than this football thing.
In that 40-50 degree you basically have a ball that is a rock for one team, the other--less of a rock that is also tailored to the comfort of Brady's grip. It would be lesser of an issue than say Glendale where he'd be more unlikely to throw under-thrown balls though grip & ability to catch a NFL ball would be a crucial difference especially if the slight change made a difference in a big play but would also make an under-thrown ball easier to catch which an interception ball by a Colts defender caught from a throw by Tom Brady in their previous matchup led to an initial suspicion from that organization. I only used the NFL ball growing up in my personal organized pickup games because I wanted to learn to be talented with a NFL ball. The NCAA is much easier to grip, throw, and especially catch.

(182,769 posts)Kickers and punters used to trick out their footballs to the extent that the league instituted the K ball. BTW - kickers have never been more accurate than this season. Much in the same way Brady and the Pats got better in the second half. The ball didn't matter.
