Police shoot and kill 17 yr. old mentally disturbed Girl

in Police Station.. first 3 minutes involves single policeman trying to subdue her.. But at about 3.25..2 others arrive and shortly after..the girl is shot point... No words can describe this horrible event.. But probably the most disturbing event was when the officer in charge entered the lobby to console the cop who shot her..No attempt by anyone in the room to see if girl could be saved.. This is so disgusting..

You know how cops have to pass psychological tests? I think they make sure the cops are batshit crazy violent before they're hired.

She had to be needing help if she was calling out for help and if
she was calling out for help she couldn't really be needing help.

She was still moving at the point where the officer consoles the other. I know damn well, that they are trained in first aid. THIS is disgusting!
I know she charged the officer, but the least they could do is render some kind of aid to her!

6. Two points...

The first officer walks in and goes hands-on in under 20 seconds. Shortly thereafter he performs a takedown on the girl and then FAILS TO HANDCUFF HER. He walks away and pays no attention to the girl until she rises to her feet. Shortly after she charges and he shoots her.

If within 20 seconds you determine someone must be restained why would you walk away without restraining her?
