How should Obama react to Boehner usurping his power?

Are not invites of foreign leaders and dignitaries supposed to be done thru the Executive Branch?

Boehner is throwing the President under the bus, don't you think?

What do you think the President should do?

Boehner just stepped on a rake. Obama doesn't have to do anything because the stunt is backfiring.

PBO needs to let Congress know it's a felony to usurp Presidential authority regarding foreign relations.
