Let's say you own a pizza shop and you want to sell hoagies and pizzas this Sunday. You cannot say on the radio, or print an ad, which says "Buy from us for the Super Bowl" unless you've been licensed by the NFL. They monitor this stuff and there are big consequences for doing so. Almost unbelievable…but not really...
