4. Readers should block out Putin & Russia

We know there corruption & whole "Mafia State" is reported on and pretty much exists. However, the country 6 spots lower than them & rated the "most corrupt in Europe" at 146 out of 174 is Ukraine -- http://www.transparency.org/cpi2014/results/

Pretty much every reputable corruption rankings has Ukraine very low. You start to dig you notice billionaires(a lot of them actually have their residence in Switzerland -- they're only in Ukraine to be in government, oil & gas industry, kleptocracy. It is very easy to find unbiased information since most of it was reported on well before the Ukrainian crisis. Ukraine is actually very full of it when it comes to media propaganda but digging you saw they were widely & often blaming the Russian news as to why all those people are acting like this (all those protestors duped by Russian state media) and so often "Putin apologists" is followed by talk basically describing Ukraine's current government as a poor helpless victim

And it goes far beyond cable news and radio. The internet is thoroughly propagandized as well. I remember back in the 80's Ronald Reagan's propaganda about commies and hatred of Russia and the USSR.
