say they think they experienced something bad regarding the ACA.

The details of each situation matter to understand what has occurred. But when we ask those questions, and you saw it in your thread, some people get nasty and claim we are being unsympathetic. No we're not, we want to make sure, as it was in your case, that the person isn't missing something.

Many of us have a lot of familiarity with the bill and when something doesn't sound right, we ask a lot of questions.

Again, don't feel bad or ashamed.
