I hope that exercise machine maker paid Harry Reid already

In all of the Harry Reid stories, has the make and model of whatever did that to his face been identified?

And if not, why not?

Can you imagine the liability for incapacitating a U.S. Senator?

(Well, you know, assuming the senator had any capacity in the first place)
