Every American should feel insulted that Netanyahu spoke before our Congress

The fact is it was disrespectful to the office of the POTUS. We have 1 President in this country the gall of Boehner and Netanyahu is beyond belief. This President has been treated so disrespectfully from day one and yes I believe his skin color is most of the reason.

I know plenty of people that dislike/oppose President Obama's policies and it has nothing to do with race.

No doubt that race is primary for some, maybe even for many, but for all? No.

You seem to be under the impression that just because you say something, that makes it fact.

Again, no.

That's the kind of logical fallacy people use as an example to illustrate logical fallacies.

You have successfully demonstrated that criticism of Obama based on race exists.

You have not provided any evidence that criticism of Obama not based on race does not exist.

elected President.

I can't imagine anyone, on either side, not seeing the threat to our democracy that this poses. When money can buy Congress, why do we even bother to vote?

Obama was elected to deal with issues especially our National Security.

Now we have a foreign leader manipulating Congress, apparently successfully, into undermining the POTUS on issues of OUR National Security.

That is pretty damn scary to me.

This foreign leader plotted to manipulate the US Congress with the express purpose of undermining the Foreign Policies of the US President.

Since when is this acceptable in this country?

And worse, he appears to have more control over the US Congress than the US President.

When this development occur?

I have discovered that MONEY appears to be what has given this idiot the power to influence the US Congress.

So we are seeing the corrupting effects of money, not just on legislation passed by Congress, but on Congress' willingness to listen to a Foreign Leader OVER the President of the US.

Not a single member of Congress should have attended that speech today after they learned of how it was manipulated, how the plot was hatched and how Boehner was used as a puppet by a foreign leader.

I think something needs to be done when our National Security takes a back seat to that of any Foreign leader. Something has gone terribly wrong.

The Presidency isn't a monarchy. It's not illegal to insult the president, or "disrespect him." And most Americans are more interested in their reality shows than listening to Netanyahu talk in front of congress...something many foreign leaders have done before.

In fact, it is the Democrats that turned this into a bigger news story than it really is.

And I don't think skin color is the really the big reason. Obama is trying to make deals with Iran. There are many people in the Congress that do not want any deals with that country.
