just for your information
On October 15, 1984, Associated Press reported that the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) had written a manual for the Nicaraguan Contras (then involved in a civil war with the Nicaraguan government), entitled Psychological Operations in Guerrilla Warfare (Operaciones sicológicas en guerra de guerrillas).
The ninety-page book of instructions focused mainly on how "Armed Propaganda Teams" could build political support in Nicaragua for the Contra cause through deceit, intimidation, and violence.[1] The manual discussed assassinations.[2] The CIA claimed that the purpose of the manual was to "moderate" the extreme violence already being used by the Contras.[3]
The manual received so much publicity from Associated Press, Washington Post and other media that during the 1984 presidential debate President Reagan was confronted with the following question on national television:
At this moment, we are confronted with the extraordinary story of a CIA guerrilla manual for the anti-Sandinista contras whom we are backing, which advocates not only assassinations of Sandinistas but the hiring of criminals to assassinate the guerrillas we are supporting in order to create martyrs.
Indeed, this is just one of scores of admitted false flag attacks by governments all over the world.

(36,988 posts)The Nemtsov murder investigation has focused on the theory that the crime was organized by a Chechen militant commander Adam Osmayev, of the Dzhokhar Dudayev battalion, who also was named in the case concerning the attempt to assassinate Vladimir Putin. Investigators are allowing for the possibility that the militants, who fought against DPR and LPR, operated at the behest of Ukrainian secret services, since the murder of the opposition leader would have discredited the Russian leadership and destabilize the political situation.
A law enforcement source had told the media that the investigating group has evidence that Ukrainian secret services played a role in Nemtsovs murder. On the day of the murder the Investigative Committee spokesperson Vladimir Markin announced that the investigators are studying the possibility the murder was intended to destabilize the political situation in the country.
The murder could have been used as a provocation to destabilize the situation, with Nemtsov becoming a sort of a sacrificial lamb for those who are not overly choosy in their political methods, Markin told Izvestiya.

I think that Putin being x KGB could have done a covert assassination such car crashes, poison, plane crashes etc. which would play better than a overt assassination
you need to look at who benefits in this game theory.........
And I'm no Putin lover so back off on that crap..
Intelligence agencies in the world of spies, as proven in this memo, are nasty immoral agents of malice.
