WATCH: Father Of 13-Year-Old Girl Destroys SUV of Accused Deviant Rapist

The father of a 13-year-old rape victim was caught on camera destroying the SUV of the man accused of raping her on multiple occasions, videotaping the assaults, and uploading them to a website, WTAE reports. WTAE’s camera crew arrived outside the home of Dustin Moffat, the man accused of assaulting the girl, only to find the girl’s father — who WTAE declined to identify to protect his daughter’s identity — jumping atop Moffat’s SUV and smashing its windows with a hammer.

According to police, Moffat sexually assaulted the man’s daughter on numerous occasions dating back to 2011. The girl told police that Moffat would stalk and harass her, waiting for her to exit the school bus, then threatening to hurt her or her family if she told anyone about the abuse. Moffat uploaded video of the assaults to Mocospace, a mobile gaming community, and someone in that community alerted authorities to the posts. Police said that they actually discovered the victim, however, while investigating similar complaints against Moffat.

Moffat is known to police, as he has a history of violence against women. Two ex-girlfriends have filed protection orders against him — the most recent only three weeks ago. Police have charged Moffat with rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent abuse, and the sexual exploitation of children. http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2015/03/watch-father-of-13-year-old-girl-destroys-suv-of-man-accused-of-raping-her/

The father has not, as of this writing, been charged for his actions.

Wouldn't the father feel foolish if it turned out that Dustin Moffat didn't rape his daughter? But since the father had a really, really good reason, there's no need to charge him with anything.

America, fuck yeah!

that he lives in that show him with her. He also lives a couple of doors down from the girl's family. So yeah, I don't think the father will feel foolish that he's got the wrong guy.

The man posted this to the Internet, and that's how he was busted. Thank Dog.

That some quaint old document and its antiquated notions of evidence, testimony, trial, and the whole due process thing are just so passé. Far more satisfying, quicker, and viscerally pleasing to take matters into one's own hands and execute justice directly. In fact, millions will cheer as you do so, and everyone will agree that justice has been done.

Just a few malcontents who are never satisfied with anything will decline to trim their ideals to fit this year's fashion. So, you know, to hell with them.

It's unfortunate, but true that some people share their sexual exploits with others online. That evidence convicts them in a court of law, even the victim is incapable for whatever reason, at times due to disability, to speak out.

Much like a person in any situation who is killed, the video tells the story. And it has nothing to do with being militaristic, even though the father's action in the video of the OP is futile.

And the guy who has a record and the means to enjoy his actions all these years, will get his day in court.

Lawrenceville man charged in alleged sexual assault of girl, 13

...Dustin Moffat, 32, was arrested Tuesday on 29 charges, including rape, sexual abuse of children, corruption of minors, statutory sexual assault, sexual assault, stalking and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse.

Police said an investigation determined that Moffat assaulted the girl in 2011 and 2012, and since then has continued to harass and stalk the victim. The victim told police that twice she was forced to have sex in the bedroom of Moffat’s Lawrenceville home and that he gave her marijuana.

After the second alleged attack, she told him to “leave her alone” and that’s when she said Moffat followed her home from school in his car and “jumped out to choke and spit on her,” according to the criminal complaint.

Investigators said there may be other victims...

Given that there seems to be definitive proof of the rapist's crimes, I would not have faulted the father for doing far worse and I doubt I would vote to convict of any crime if he had gone farther then just destroying the SUV.
