1. People now expect Republicans to attack Clinton at every opportunity,

large and small, real or imagined. But because they treat EVERYTHING with the same degree of "OMG, its the worst thing ever!" manufactured outrage, it all looks contrived and quickly blends into the incessant white noise along with all the rest of the repetitive old anti-Hillary chorus the GOP has been chanting for the past 30 years. They've cried wolf for so long and so often that the constant attacks have become meaningless.
