I can remember where I was, in the waiting room at Coggin Osteen Honda in Orlando, Florida, when he said he was getting out of the race because he "learned" the Republicans were going to disrupt his daughter's savings.

I remember him addressing an NAACP event and referring to the audience as "you people", which did not win him any friends.

that their favorite candidate, whoever it may be, regardless of party, is a lock to be the next President.

And his only decision was which of these two to vote for.

A week is a long time in politics. 20 months is an absolute eternity.

He seemed to understand the issues of the working class and wasn't afraid to talk about them. After all his solutions became well known... he lost a lot of popularity.
