I am no fan of Mark Pryor

But right about now I know alot of people wishing that guy was still the Senator from Arkansas. Sure he was a conservative democrat but I doubt he would have done something as stupid as the idiot that replaced him.

I am a firm believer of primaries but in the general election I call BULLSHIT to anyone who says they can't tell the difference between the democrat and the republican. I can - Mark Pryor would have never written nor signed that letter to Iran.

I'm NO fan of ConservaDems. But having a majority does make a difference, as we now see by the acts of this loony Republican majority.

I'd give anything to have Landrieu or Pryor instead of Inhoff.

They had to make some compromises due to the nature of their respective states.

I fully supported both for re-election.

in the end you are right, they were still better than the assholes in there now.

Honestly though I wish we ran better candidates in the primaries. I would feel better supporting some of these conservative Democrats in the general election if only they had a decent challenger give them a run for their money and we knew 'This is what the state wants'. For some of these democrats it's like 'This is what we're stuck with'
