2. I think in the 2016 elections the Democrats

need to beat the letter over the heads of every Republican in every national race.

The message should be:
Vote Republican if you want to go to war again!
Are you ready for World War III - then vote Republican!
Do you think the VA doesn't have enough patients - vote Republican.
Vote Republican to send your tax dollars to the MIC.
Do you value war over the health of your children? - Vote Republican!
Do you value war over our infrastructure? - Vote Republican!
Do you value war over your child's education? Vote Republican!

There are so many ways the Democratic Party could use this letter to maybe finally get the American voters to wake up and vote these idiots out of office. Together with a 50 state strategy, the 2016 elections might be very interesting.

but I'm continually amazed at the stupidity of much of the American public. The brainwashing has worked.

4. And you hit back with - Do you really want the US to be on

a permanent state of war? Because that is exactly what the war or terror is. You are not fighting an identifiable group with geographic boundaries. You are fighting a nebulous concept that is nothing more then a hydra. You take out one group and another group will rise. You cannot ever win that type of war. The result of which is the further destruction of the US as we cannot fund a constant state of war. We will see the US slide faster and faster into 3rd world status as our infrastructure continues to deteriorate, our educational system decline due to conservative efforts to rewrite textbooks to create future generations of academically challenged people, and the time arises when the rest of the world views the US as the true threat to world peace. If the Republicans and Tea Party crowd ever achieve lasting control of this country there is no doubt in my mind that they would not even blink at the idea of using nuclear devices because the US military will be the only thing left for them to try to control this planet. You can sit there and gripe all day long about Putin, Iran, ISIS, what ever but the fact remains that the US is the only country to drop atomic bombs on another country.

The fact that 47 Senators were foolish enough to send that letter to Iran and it became world wide public knowledge would make it clear to every other country on this planet (including our allies) that they have every reason be be concerned about the US.

5. "Why do you hate America?" Swaying the public is an emotional not a logical thing.

6. That is why I am so glad to be on the older side then

younger side because Republicans in permanent control will never end well.

If I were young and just out of college I would not even think twice of moving elsewhere. The US is just not the country it once was. Just like many of our ancestors immigrated to the US to find opportunities, the time is closely approaching when young people with ambitions will look elsewhere for what they will not be able to achieve here.
