say the least. Bill had been talking of Scott Walker--his rise in the polls-the 'new darling' of the Republicans. etc. etc. Any Bob from WI was very articulate--had a handle of the devastation that Walker's austerity policies are doing to WI and its people. Then he said something--(sorry, I was listening in the background as I was setting things up for the day) about the upcoming November and how something might be done to get another recall going. Bob mentioned how Walker has been out of WI more IN Wisconsin-came in last week to quickly sign the Right to Work bill after campaigning that it was a distraction--and how private Unions were a Partner (yes Walker did say that) in his programs with business!! Anyway-then Bob said the recall get up in running (from groups--but he did not say which groups) with sigs by April and another election in June (2016).
Then he said something interesting--Walker would have problems running two campaigns (one in WI for gov and the General Election--If he got that far). I did find this very interesting to say the least.

(10,162 posts)about another recall. I have thought about this recently myself because Walker lied about his positions on several big issues during his campaign and some people voted for him because of the lies (not me, btw. I despise him). I wondered if there was something like "Bad Faith" to either impeach Walker or unseat him somehow.
Lies include: Right to Work, his position on abortion rights, his job creation performance and the condition of our budget. He also never said he was going to dismantle our University system along with the destruction of our public schools. It's truly a nightmare here.

(70,087 posts)too the point of being nauseated when talk about the proposed budget.
Yesterday I have a friend who started a business about 5-6 years ago. He runs disability homes--3-4 residents per house (only rents at this point except for one home which he did most of the fixing up-plumbing, dry-walling, ect ). Hard worker-in his 40's. Has a wife and two young kids. Anyway--one part of the budget would hit on the disability budget. Walker proposes to take all the local out of the partnerships who help these folks to stay in homes vs institutions or the streets--and to one NO-bid National contractor!! WI has worked to decades to build up the support networks and now this. We are all sick about it.

(70,087 posts)most likely get his way so to say. He has donors to pay off. thanks for the empathy. I just feel bad for this friend and his family--and for the residents. WI does have a good disability program for the communities.
