German correspondent in Russia: Dunno who scares me more, Putin or the next Republican President

He just told me that the Russians have let on that Putin showed the west during the recent takeover of the Crimea that "all atomic weapons were armed and ready," in case anyone tried to interfere, not that we were about to. But (and probably more for inner-Russian purposes than trying to scare us off from something we weren't about to get involved with in the first place) they did it, and wanted us to know.

My German friend says the only thing that scares him (station chief in Moscow for five years) more than Putin is the next Republican President of the USA.

1. Your German friend speaks for the vast majority of the human family outside of the

American Taliban aka TeaParTY.

Most of the world knows who the real leader is, Obama.

Most know who the psychopaths are, Putin/#47Traitors/Bibi

Putin is the Russian version of a TeaParTY moron with nukes.

If Putin stays healthy and a con steals the 2016 election (not possible to get into the WH unless they steal by rigging elections, stopping millions of AfAm from voting, etc) we will have a war, for certain, the only question is whether it is nuclear or not.

We will invade Iran, for absolute certainty (take note not ONE con who supports the war will send their sons or daughters) and likely will have a war with Russia one way or another.

Why not some might say, climate change is taking us out anyway ...

Motherfuckers are the worst people in human history because now they have access to nukes...think of historical bad ass leaders who were psychopaths with nukes, thus is the TeaParTY and Putin

2. Who exactly was Putin going to nuke?

Crimea? We've still got a nuclear arsenal many times greater than Russia's. If they'd wanted to get in an exchange with America, yes, we'd probably lose some major cities, and I'd probably get killed cause I live relatively close to Wright Patterson AFB, but Russia would simply cease to exist. He really sounds like a psycho when he says crap about using nukes.

3. No one thought he was really going to use them

But that just the fact that he had them open and armed and crowed about it was enough to be unnerving. Maybe he didn't intend on making any mistakes, but he isn't watching over the hundreds of of his military that control these things, only one of which needs to fuck up.

Ever see "The Bedford Incident?" It ends when the commander of an American battleship with nuclear tipped torpedoes shouts, "if they fire one, we'll fire one!" Over the din, one nervous sailor with his finger on the button only hears "fire one!" and so he does. The Russians "fire one" back and the film ends twenty seconds later with two nuclear explosions out on the ocean.
