The mandatory-voting system I'd like to see

Manually-counted, paper-only ballots, with a NOTA ("None Of The Above&quot option and blank-ballot provision that are counted as part of the election results. Any count where the aggregate NOTA and blank ballots exceeds 50% (indicating a non-confidence vote by the public) is annulled.

What say ye?

who can't make up their minds and don't have anything to offer or risk. Let them complain on line but don't institutionalize it.

3. How do people who think the whole system is broken have their voices heard?

Not by staying within the system, that's for sure. Every vote for any candidate is automatically a vote in favour of the system itself.

4. You need to do more than complain about the system

You need to do something. The system won't change because you vote "none of the above!" You take no risk or responsibility.

government out there by not voting as the last election has shown. If it wasn't for Obama we would have the Ryan budget to live with.
Here is how I see it. You are born in a time and place. You are dealt a hand. It is up to you to do the best with the hand you are dealt. Maybe you can get some new cards or make some good plays. But sitting out the game isn't a viable option.
I learned a while ago that when you are in a shitty situation you have to try things to get out. There is no guarantee that what you try will work. But if you don't try you are guaranteed that things won't change.
I learned that after being homeless.

No risk = no rewards

Think about it - what happened after Obama said 'Mandatory Vaccines'.....

Obama is crafty like that.
