People who deserve to have the universe fall on their heads.
There are "people" in this world who are so rotten that mere punishment would never be enough. You might think that it would be enough for the weight of the universe to fall on their heads. One could imagine the entire weight of the universe compressed into a small singularity such as the one that existed before the big bang and then that weight would fall on this monster's head creating a neutron bomb effect: destroying the monster while causing it infinite pain but leaving the surroundings intact.
Or perhaps we could imagine them being thrown into a pit of a monster named Sarlacc from the Return of the Jedi movie. Once thrown in, they would be digested for eternity. Yes, even that seems too short of a time for these monsters:
