It touches on fundamentalist baptists in Texas, a drag queen who channels a country music star, hypocrisy, smoking cessation, and so much more. Olivia Newton John, Beau Bridges, Delta Burke and more. It's the movie, not the series, and it's wonderful. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

There was a short-lived series which was excellent but this is just a ton of fun in one package.

I do have Netflix but have not heard of this. I am looking forward to the Kyle chandler series out soon.

finish it.. it got boring.

Frank Underwood champion of JOBS at the expense of FEMA and Medicare And Social Security.. which he insists on raving on about "entitlements!11" Damn straight we're entitled.

Got the Will' which also was made into a film in 1990. It's lighthearted and filled with eccentric characters well played by a terrific cast. I highly recommend, and it's not icky.

I ran into most of those characters at some point during my childhood. It's extremely well acted.
