The Google one is very Senator Stevensesque--a series of tubes. (Not to be confused with tire dump. Wow!) And did people really drive their cars on Daytona Beach like that?

It's amazing what they did to straighten out my spine and extend my life.

My scoliosis began progressing after 40 and they said it would eventually kill me because of the compression of lungs and heart. It was obviously a major surgery, with a long recovery time at nearly age 50, but the results have been wonderful.

I lost some flexibility, obviously, but function extremely well. It was a small price to pay.

Imagine facing that dust storm, bearing down on your little boat. I'd be shivering in me timbers.

The prison photo in the link is horrifying on an entirely different level.
