An unidentified man was taken into an ambulance for treatment after the gunfire erupted at the Fort Meade campus Monday.
Police shot at an SUV after its driver used the vehicle to ram a set of gates at the National Security Agency’s headquarters in Fort Meade, Md., according to a report.

It’s unclear if anyone was injured in the Monday morning incident or why the person drove at the gates on the secure campus, some 22 miles northeast of Washington, D.C.

I used to work there...if you don't have a pass, there are one set of gates where they will check your car, mirrors under the car - this fool is lucky he isn't dead..

An SUV has zero chance of accessing that building. It's all changed since I left there in 1969, but it's even more secure now, and it was damned secure then.

A foolish thing, with the expected consequences for the folks in that SUV. Stupid.
