Let's put the burden of proof on the "discriminator"

OK, so someone says that they think a customer is gay for whatever reason. So now they won't serve this person a hamburger in Indiana because they will be condemned to hell fire for eternity if they do (This in spite of what JC said about feeding the least among us).

What if, just by an incredible stretch of the imagination, this religious being is actually just a bigot looking for an excuse to discriminate just because they are an ugly, small minded person who only pretends to be religious and all they want to really do is to kick some gay ass?

Shouldn't this person have to present evidence that they are in fact doing this over "purely religious" reasons?

Seems reasonable to me.
