federal law, refuse to serve someone because of their religion in Indiana.

However, I can refuse to serve someone because of the political party they belong to, because there is no federal law preventing me from doing so.

The overwhelming majority of RW christians are republicans.

If enough people join my new religion, and refuse to serve republicans, it could bring about an end to these hate laws.

An establishment that served alcohol could get the names of registered voters, and then ask for ID at the door, and crosscheck the name with the voter list.

If it turns out the person is a republican, they are asked to leave, and it would be legal.

Just putting up a sign in establishments, NO REPUBLICANS SERVED, could cause these laws to fail.

It's guerrilla warfare. I don't really believe in doing this kind of thing, but if it would end these discrimination laws, it would be worth it.

Religous discrimination is illegal, but discrimination on the basis of conservative ideology is not AFAIK.

they can be denied service on the basis that they are conservative. Through blanket discrimination against republicans, right wing pseudo Christians can be discriminated against collaterally, and hopefully they can learn from this experience as legally designated second-class citizens, that discrimination is wrong.

The Spirit came to me in my dreams last night and relayed the truth about the demons who destroy the universe. Mammon is their God, and Reagan is his prophet.
