another TPP question -- This one from My wife.

If this TPP does pass could it be possible for let's say a Corporation sue to remove a politician like Elizabeth Warren from office because her speech could be viewed as harmful to they company? You know like slander.

That's it.

If we get a BMW plant to move to America with good jobs, and some government agency levied a special tax on BMWs, BMW might have a case that could be submitted to an tribunal under oversight of organizations with ties to WTO, UN, etc. No guarantees they'd win though.

Elizabeth Warren speeches - hyperbolic as they may be - ain't likely to breach international trade agreements.
