(36,286 posts)AS it stands, discussions do tend to focus on how these areas need jobs, building rehab, jobs, fewer liquor stores, better schools and jobs.
It is important to realize that the kids on the street are the canaries in the coalmine. They are indicators of problems, but shouldn't be mistaken for the entire community.

(8,159 posts)Is there are cameras everywhere. Yes it is wrong to loot, on the other hand these are children caught up in the anger.
They could very well be on their way to the pen once all is said and done due to ID by camera.
It's terrible for the shop owners and I hope they have insurance. That still doesn't help their loss of sales until operational again.
It could very well destroy the future for these kids.
Why did the cops stop and unload the buses????? STUPID!!!!

(36,286 posts)a nominal payment in recognition of childhood lead poisoning. I can not find a reference to lead letters, but many to lead poisoning in rental housing. One sign of chronic lead poisoning is poor impulse control.
