1. Absolutely.

I'd expect it to be much easier to do so, too.

3. If money didn't exist then how would we exchange goods and services?

As an anthropologist, I am familiar with cultures that don't use money but life is quite different.

For starters, it would require a highly centralized government along with a world view that dictated supporting that government.

8. It can be tough these days to imagine how we would accomplish almost anything

It can be tough these days to imagine how we would accomplish almost anything lacking many of these imaginary constructs we have allowed ourselves to become dependent on.

6. Yes.

At age 70 I got a VA disability rating that gave me enough income so I could actually retire & not worry about where the next meal was coming from.

I'm having a blast playing with my little fishing boat, reading all the books I accumulated for "when I have the time," I'm studying, thinking & writing a little for myself about the things that interest me.

Somerset Maugham once observed that he had never been bored in adult life, except when someone was trying to entertain him.

He was dead-on.

9. Money has been short my entire adult life but I still have the floor plan for the remodeled garage

I would like to live in. I am now 73 years old. Probably will never get it but I still dream.
