It was a ginned up issue in the first place straight out of the Karl Rove "attack their strengths" handbook. Facts won't stop them.

It's a great video, makes some great points, talks about how social and economic justice are both very important, but... (And look, I'll probably take some flack for this, but...)

If my concern was Bernie pays too much attention to Economic Justice and not enough to Social Justice- a video where Bernie's saying we've made some good progress on Social Justice but not on Economic Justice wouldn't ease that concern.

I don't think for a moment he doesn't care about Social Justice and I think some are ginning up an issue, but for those who do see this as a real concern- I doubt this puts that to rest. Flame away.

(Yes, I'm a Bernie supporter)

He can still do a little more. But he's done pretty damn good so far, with better still to come. Meanwhile some people you can never please because they are just looking for chances to score political points.

He really wanted to focus on - economics.
Not sure how this helps much? You'd have to really believe the issues are 100% intertwined and I do not.

disproportionately impacts AAs. is just pathetic. And trying to dismiss the video which directly addresses racial injustice- as YOU did, is dismissing economic injustice in the black community.

Than the social justice part of the equation. Both incredibly important, but economic justice hits the most powerful where they live- in the pocket book.

MLK and what he stood for, especially at the end of his life, has become sanitized since his murder.

We need to reclaim it and revive it.
