I do them and this is a typical comment I leave


All of the employees were great. I wish the CEO and executives of huge mega corporations like Rite Aid would treat their employees as well as the employees treat us, the customers.


I ALWAYS grade the employees at the highest grading NO MATTER how I was treated.

You see, I figure if a person making $9 an hour working their ass off doesnt throw their feces at me or beat the shit out of me, which they would have every right to, then they deserve the highest marks

I know when I receive poor service and contact a company I always place the blame on management, never the employees who generally are doing their best in understaffed situations. I find that if management kept their eyes on their business, that things would go more smoothly.

Most of them make peanuts when compared to even the low level corp assholes.

And they are overworked usually, as well.

BTW, i have never won a damn thing of course.

Anybody here ever win?

Then again they know what I buy because i have to use the card to get the sales.
