Personal attacks on another DU member

just because someone has a different view on a subject or shares a personal story is not liberal. Calling someone names and such should not be tolerated. IMO it is very "Fox News like" and slander is not the way civilized people work out problems. Just wanted to put this out there.

Throwing tantrums. Posting troll bait OPs.
On the whole, infantile behavior.

I am finding the childish infighting unbelievable.

Who thinks this kind of behavior will help their candidate 17 fucking months before the election?

Such behavior makes DU suck.

while far fewer topics are aimed at Republicans. It's a huge turnoff to see so much nasty, one on one, personal infighting while the damned Republicas and their nefarious misdeeds skate right under our noses without so much as peep from the DU at large. If I wanted to read anti-Democrat claptrap I'd go to a rightwing forum, but thanks to a lot of people here, I can get the same bullship served up fresh daily right here at DU.

But bringing up shortcomings of a candidate is not a personal attack. Calling the poster of those issues a Swiftboater For Sanders is.

I know it's a subtle difference.

that specified "personal infighting" against fellow Democrats. Nothing subtle at all that, yeah? If there were just straightforward, informative statements on policy issues, I'd have no complaint. I just have no patience to read through all the vindictive, bitter, rancorous jibes against other Democrats to tease out a snippet of worthwhile information when I can get it elsewhere without the melodrama.

They keep charts and tabs and screenshots, it is the Usual Suspects that stir here year after year after year. NOTICE their hidden posts are unfair...but YOUR hidden posts are good...

I finally decided not to play their pathetic game anymore...all they want is A vs. B and that is all they do 24/7...probably on every forum they inhabit.

Lists...purges...sound familiar?

It's my opinion that they like to use the alert system to push their world view. Liberals are more open-minded and not so much into trying to censor.

No matter what it "proves".

We come here to have honest discussions with other Democrats and liberals. It's a big tent, but people here in good faith should not have to put up with abuse of any kind if it is unwelcome.

The lie you told was carrying water for Fox anti-SSI propaganda.

The jury was tied on hiding you or letting discrediting you in the thread play out.

Please give your attack on SSI/SSDI a rest.

That is all.
