Biden also voted FOR the IWR (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iraq_Resolution#United_States_Senate). So if you hold Hillary's IWR vote against her, you should also hold it against Biden.

Although I don't really believe that Biden has a prayer in 2016 (he hasn't given any serious sign that he will even enter the race), and I truly do not believe that he is anywhere near the foreign policy "expert" that many believe he is, if he does by some miracle become the Dem nominee in 2016, I will support him - just as I will support whoever becomes that nominee.
