American Made products...

Last edited Thu Jul 16, 2015, 09:36 AM - Edit history (2)

During my daily political news run through, I read this article posted on Huff Post...

http://highline.huffingtonpost.com/articles/en/the-myth-of-the-ethical-shopper/

TL;DR version is all that push back against sweatshop and 'sweatshop-like' working conditions eventually was for naught. The corporate capitalist are still, and IMO will always be, in that fundamental mindset of PROFITS OVER PEOPLE. So I thought I would throw up a link of American made products for anyone who does not want to take part in 8y/o working 16 hour days for what I make in 5 minutes as an RN in US. Shameful shit...

P.S. Not 100% certain the sites list is up-to-date.

It appears to rely on companies having to know the website is out there, and then request to list their company on it.

It's a good start, but today is the first I've ever heard of the site.
