they took everything you came in with away. Where would she get MJ in jail? She was not around other prisoners. He had better investigate his employees.

Also Why were the scabbed cuts on her wrist not seen when she showered, deloused, and spread cheeks all in front of a jail officer.

In this recording when Sandra was calling the officer a pussy (meaning coward)the 2nd officer arrived, and I think I heard a female? officer say, "you are".

Then Sandra was knocked to the ground, said she hit her head and couldn't feel her arms. I assume, She had arms pulled back, cuffed, face down to the ground. When Sandra said she couldn't feel her arms, I heard the male officer say, "good".

from escalating. Yes, the cop wasn't handling the situation professionally, however she could have kept her cool. Not saying the cop was not at fault, and he should have just said up front, I'm writing you a warning and the next time remember to always use your signal when changing lanes. This all comes from proper training.

at some point: enough is enough!!!!!!!!! and apparently this was her breaking point. there is a video on the net of a white man cussing out a cop after a traffic stop...he was not "lit up," or ordered out the car or arrested, and i have not heard a chorus of "he could have handled it better." and...two more people died in jail cells one day after Ms. Bland. one was a Native American man, and the other another black woman. one last thing: nothing Ms. Bland did was illegal, except changing lanes without signalling to get out of the cop's way.

But if you could read my mind I would be thrown off the site. Every time someone blames this woman for not taking a cop treating her like dirt it annoys the shit out of me.

There is a famous youtube video of a man screaming at a police officer while he calmly writes him a ticket and tells him to have a good day. of course said screamer was white.

Even if you do not mean to sound racist I have to take from everyone who says she should have behaved is that you mean she should not have been "uppity" or she should have "known her place."

Oh well, people suck is my new motto. People suck.

the most minor traffic violation situation there is.

In fact, he escalated horrendously and violently.

Fire his unprofessional a _ _. With that hair-trigger temper he doesn't deserve to be entrusted with a gun and badge (but I'm pretty sure his temper only flares up when a POC doesn't immediately kowtow to him).

That cop is a "pussy", just like Ms. Bland said. I really wonder how him and some the other punk ass cops who push around and kill innocent people would respond in a real fight, without guns and badges? I'm thinking they would turn tail and run away.
Note- I AM NOT CONDONING PHYSICAL VIOLENCE! Just wondering about things.

are adding up in order to support the bigger lies.

MJ in her system? Where and how did she get it if she was in a cell by herself? A cell where only the officers had access to.

When I watched the video, it was glaringly obvious that he was lying to his supervisor. Was she aggravated, mildly. Was she belligerent, not even close.

I think there should be a law that when a cop takes a person off camera (or camera "accidentally" not on) during an arrest and that person ends up beaten or dead that the suspect is to be believed over the cop. there should also be an immediate gag order placed on the police department.

Make a law that states that if a law enforcement officer takes someone off camera, or disables/powers down a camera, its instant felony, 2 year minimum, done being law enforcement.

Plus fire his ass.

All it takes is one bad apple to spoil the bunch, therefore its time to start removing the bad apples, and prevent them from being in any bunch on a permanent basis. With great power comes great responsibility. Its time for their responsibility to start matching the power they exercise.

Sun Jul 26, 2015, 09:57 PM
Jul 2015

....under arrest:

At 28:09-28:16 Encinia tells his supervisor that anyone stopped at a traffic stop is "technically under arrest" and "not free to go", but falsely stated that he DID NOT SAY THE WORDS "You are under arrest".

Then, at 31:19 he falsely tells his supervisor that the point at which he told her she was "under arrest" was after he had been forced to take her to the ground because of her "resistance".

He hedged by adding words to the effect that that was his best memory.

It's pretty clear that Encinia knew that telling he she was under arrest at the time he actually did tell her "You ARE under arrest" (10:10 in this video) he had no grounds to place he under arrest (as all she had done was question his request that she put out her cigaret and tell him that she did not have to get out of her car), and Encinia knew that if falsely timed the point at which he told her she was "under arrest" to the time after he had taken her off camera and described her as "flailing her arms and kicking him" (which she clearly could not have done when she was still inside the car and he actually told her "You ARE under arrest&quot that he could falsely portray her arrest as legal.
