Either he is dangerously deluded and demented, or he is dangerously intent on saying whatever he needs to say in order to gain power. I say dangerously because he would affect other lives.

I will label him a chronic hyperbolizer given to petulance, huffiness and an overly dramatic woe-is-me combativeness, one by which he always seems to see morality plays with himself as the good guy or martyr.
