They're conspiring to keep them from voting altogether with their illegal voter suppression schemes, which come to light either right before, or shortly after, the election, when it'll be too late to correct the injustice.

4. They can suppress but not delete the vote.
Surrendring an entire Demographic Group to whoever wins the Democratic nomination is like a gift.
