2. Agree and I don't see why he tasered him. Glad he didn't shoot him but why tase him?

He walked up, then stood there and zap. I guess "turn them goddam lights off" is scary enough to deserve a tasing?

Did you notice the difference between the written story and the video? The written story makes it sound deserved. The video show IF the police cared to de-escalate, he could've talked to the man. It might've ended up with a tase, but the man was just standing there. I anticipate a reply to my comment along the line of "he could've walked out into traffic" but I doubt police would taze everyone standing next to a road.
