Heard today at work: Straight Out of Cuckoo Land

"Thank god for this. Maybe now we'll finally arm all the teachers."

"Oh, great. Now Obama's going to use this event to take our guns away"

"We need these guns to protect us from all the terrorists running around"

"They want to throw everyone with a gun in jail"

"If it wasn't so hard to get a gun, a hero would have been able to stop it"

"Majority of gun deaths are suicide"

"What about drunk driving?"

"100,000 dead and injured a year? CDC? I only trust real data."

"Violent crime is down"

"My guns keep me safe"

p.s. These are highly paid professional people, the so called elite, if you will.

to all the gun nut stuff coming from there.

Have to say that I was a little bit surprised. Would expect it from Idaho but not from Oregon.

You must admit that his aim was dead on on guns.

His view on guns is on a par with his view on gender relations.

Do you wear a holster and practice your quick draw like Clint Eastwood in the movies?

I can see why you're so fond of Jefferies.
