Utah: loser white supremacist skips hearing, gets warrant

A judge issued a no-bail bench warrant for a former member of the Silent Aryan Warriors gang who didn’t show up for his sentencing on methamphetamine dealing.

Wayne Allen Obermiller, 46, Clearfield, was to appear before Judge Michael Allphin in 2nd District Court on Monday, Oct. 5.

He said in an interview with the Standard-Examiner in April that he lost his balance and due to his poor eyesight did not see it was an officer’s rifle that he grabbed to regain his balance.

Wonder what would happen if I grab (even at) an officer's rifle?
