Trump backer Rick Joyner: I Prayed For Drought To Strike California

Another one for the "Conservatives Hate America" file:

During a “Prophetic Conference” that was broadcast last month on “The Jim Bakker Show,” televangelist Rick Joyner said that he was praying for drought in California, explaining that God had told him that California would soon face destruction — he has been predicting an “imminent” earthquake since 2011 — and therefore an event like a drought would convince people to leave before the state turns into ruins.

“I started praying for things like a drought to come upon California so it would force them out, they would have to start leaving and things like that,” Joyner said. “It’s time to get out.”

However, Joyner also said that God is telling certain people to stay in California to help others when calamity strikes.

No conceivable earthquake could possibly destroy the whole thing.

Only an evil fuck would pray for something like that to happen to one of our country's main bread baskets.

If prayer is real, which of course he believes it is, then this clearly malicious and may even be a criminal act. If not, then he is going to have to admit that he is full of shit, and just another christian who enjoys watching others suffer.
