and only applies to plans with premiums over $10,200 for individuals or $27,500 for a family.

They said it would be irresponsible to panic at the last second (2018) when they could get out in front of the situation. It's hard to see how our current plan is a Cadillac. It's probably above average, but not extravagant by any means. I think we have lots of "dead horses" driving up our costs. At the meeting, the most unhealthy looking people in the building were bitching like crazy at the HR representative. Med costs are going to be a bitch for them.

I'll bet they still have their vacation homes, private schools for their kiddies, exclusive club memberships and all the rest of the bennies the one percenters are expected to lavish themselves with.
