The implications in the argument that saying "Black Lives Matter" is "anti-police" is sickening. This guy should be ashamed of himself

A police officer's coffee break that saw the hashtag "blacklivesmatter" written on his cup prompted a small group of protesters to demonstrate outside a Rhode Island Dunkin' Donuts.

The Providence officer told his union that the slogan was written on the cup he bought Oct. 2. He also said an employee was rude to him.

Former Providence officer Tony Lepore led Saturday's protest. He tells WLNE-TV ( http://bit.ly/1Mn94nJ ) that he wants that employee fired.

The slogan arose last year during protests nationwide over police violence against civilians.

Fraternal Order of Police official Lt. Roger Aspinall says the slogan is anti-police. Dunkin' Donuts released a statement saying it regrets the incident and had reached out to the officer to apologize.

Which makes that cop look like a smacked ass, and he should be laughed at for it. Dunkin Donuts can do the corporate thing & apologize, to soothe his cop fee fees, but they shouldn't be so intimidated that they fire an employee for it. If it's even true.

They're giving real unions a bad name.
