Cops kick a suspect in the head, tie him to a chair, tase him in the nuts, leave him to die.

http://www.dailykos.com/story/2015/10/13/1431428/-Bloody-strapped-to-chair-video-shows-police-tasering-Matthew-Ajibade-in-the-testicles-before-death
http://edition.cnn.com/2015/06/24/us/georgia-jail-death-indictment/

He and his girlfriend were fighting because he was off his meds. The cops showed up and arrested him. The girlfriend gave them his meds and told them to take him to a hospital.

Instead they took him to the precinct. Without his meds, his manic episode continued and he started a fight with the cops. The cops beat him up and as he was lying on the ground they kicked him in the head. Then they tied him to a chair and tased him in the nuts.

Then they put him in a jail-cell.

Then he died from internal bleedings in his brain.

Then the cops falsified the records to show that they had regularly checked his health.

Nine cops got fired. Out of those nine, two got charged with involuntary manslaughter. (See, they didn't try to kill him when they kicked him in the head. Everybody kicks people in the head all the time. Whether you kick somebody in the nuts or whether you punch somebody in the guts or whether you try to crush his skull with your foot, it's practically all the same.)
