For example - the prime example appropriate for the popularity of this man, Donald Trump - is that the US elected Ronald Reagan multiple times to higher and higher office, even though he was a buffoon.

And just as the US could turn this buffoon, Ronald Reagan, into a star status president that no party leader of *any* party would dare challenge (except Hillary, of course, who bragged that she was to the right of Reagan in the matter of war) - so the US can turn Donald Trump into an All American Hero of a President.
