And, as usual, the poorest and sickest will suffer the most. Many of the people who live outside of the luxury resort orbits have no phones or televisions. They will need our help.

I sure hope someone isn't right there, thinking that they're gonna make it safely thru this storm!
A couple of minutes ago, they switched the view of the cam, to show the flooding on the ground next to the house, so I'm afraid there is a person manning that video. A rash decision to stay, in my opinion.
