Rubio quits Senate

Or as one Florida daily newspaper put it, "...It's go to the White House or go home."

The Washington Post broke the story this morning:

Marco Rubio is a U.S. senator. And he just cant stand it anymore.

I dont know that hate is the right word, Rubio said in an interview. Im frustrated.

This year, as Rubio runs for president, he has cast the Senate the very place that cemented him as a national politician as a place hes given up on, after less than one term. Its too slow. Too rule-bound. So Rubio, 44, has decided not to run for his seat again. Its the White House or bust.

Stay tuned. Film at eleven.

2. They won't know he's gone.

Because he was never there much in the first place.
Being an active Senator was only a hobby to Rubio.

6. I bet he has his eye on being governor.

Then he'll run for president again.

His ego & need for power is too great.

I'd rather him to just fade away.

7. Nothing will catapult you into first place of the GOP faster than quitting!

A shrewd move, by the do-nothing Senator.

Am I the first to propose a Rubio/Palin platform?

8. Get in touch with Sen. McConnell

He has slowed to Senate to a turtle's pace.

9. The White House or bust? Rubio??

I don't suppose anyone is taking a poll on which outcome they consider to be the most likely of the two?
