W.Va. school placed on lockdown after man demands to sing Justin Bieber songs over intercom

A West Virginia middle school was placed on lockdown Tuesday after man apparently walked into school, insisting that he sing Justin Bieber songs to students over the intercom, according to The Washington Times and other sources.
The incident occurred in the town of Dunbar. Local subsequently charged D’laonte Dee Lewis with simple possession for a small amount of marijuana.
Lewis, who was buzzed into Dunbar Middle School, allegedly entered the building’s main office while the morning announcements were being made, demanding that he be permitted to sing to students.
As a result, the school was placed on a precautionary lockdown and a police officer stationed at the building was called to the scene. Lewis was reportedly handcuffed and transported to Thomas Memorial Hospital.
