What a completely idiotic move to attack Rubio
Hey Jeb! Rubio was not a threat to you - you shouldn't have punched down - now you are out and he is in

Besides Rubio was ready for that question from the Mods - In fact - despite his whining about the unfairness of that question - he would have been pissed if they didn't ask it

He could have asked Rubio what would he do if he was tired of being President: retreat to camp David, hide in Miami etc

He was not a threat to him
